Welcome Letter

 

Requirements for Onsite Therapy Access:

1. Completion of Valuing Safe Communities Training

2. Completion of Child Protection Training - If you have not completed this training previously, you will need to register. When it asks for the school, use Bethany. You will then receive a code approximately an hour later that will log you in. This is to be completed annually at the beginning of each new year.

3. Provision of a copy of a current Blue Card (including date of birth) or a copy of current AHPRA registration.

4. Familiarity with the contents of the following Guidebooks and Policies:

5. Completion and signing of Onsite Access Agreement

6. Communication via email, with both the classroom teacher and parents, to coordinate suitable therapy times. NB: Therapy times cannot be changed without 24 hours' prior notice via email to the classroom teacher to avoid confusion, student anxiety and timetable clashes.

7. Signing in and out at the Administration upon arrival and departure from the school site.

 

Once training is complete, all relevant certificates and registration must be emailed to connect@bethany.qld.edu.au with 'Onsite Allied Health - student's name' as the subject line.
