We believe that learning is not just about academics—it’s also about joy, connection, and creating lasting memories. That’s why we intentionally create moments that matter throughout the year. These special events are designed to celebrate our students, strengthen relationships, and build a vibrant, connected community.

Moments that matter help our students feel known, valued, and part of something bigger than themselves. They bring families together, mark meaningful milestones, and create a culture of fun, pride, and belonging.

From the very first day of school to the final graduation celebration, our calendar is filled with purposeful and joy-filled moments.

Some of the highlights include:

  • O Week – A fun and welcoming first week of school that includes water play and engaging activities to help students ease into routines, build friendships, and feel excited about the year ahead

  • Birthday Club – A simple and joyful way to make sure every child feels special and celebrated on or near their birthday

  • Easter Hat Parade – A colourful, creative celebration of Easter that brings students and families together

  • Book Week Parade – A fun and imaginative day where students dress as their favourite book characters and celebrate the joy of reading

  • Colour Run – A bright, laughter-filled event where students run, play, and raise funds for special projects

  • Mother’s Day and Father’s Day – Picnics and stalls to honour and celebrate the special people in our students’ lives

  • Exhibition Evenings – Held at the end of each semester, these evenings showcase student learning and achievement across the curriculum

  • Excursions and Camps – Beginning in Year 3, students take part in off-site learning adventures that build independence, curiosity, and confidence

  • Sports Carnival, Cross Country and Swimming Carnival – Fun, inclusive events that celebrate participation, teamwork, and personal bests

  • Arts Performances – Opportunities for students to share their creativity and talent with the school and wider community

  • Weekly Worship and Assembly – Moments of reflection, celebration, and shared storytelling that ground us in faith and connection

  • Celebrate! – Our end-of-year awards ceremony that recognises effort, growth, and achievement across the year

  • Year 6 Graduation – A beautiful evening of celebration and reflection as we honour our graduating students with a formal ceremony and dinner

Each of these events is more than just a date on the calendar. They are carefully designed to bring our school community closer together, to give students moments to shine, and to remind them—and us—how special school life can be.
